John Williams to perform Arafura Dances in London
John Williams will be soloist with the English Chamber Orchestra in Ross’ Guitar Concerto “Arafura Dances” at the Opening Concert of the City of London Festival on 27 June 2011, in the Guildhall Old Library.
Arafura Dances is dedicated to, and was first performed by John Williams in 1995. The concert will also feature music by Sculthorpe, Dvořák and Elgar.
